COME HERE FOR OUR FIRST RP

We want, more or less, a wild animal RP along the lines of "Animals of Fathing Wood" ^^ Both North American and European animals are allowed and even such animals as mongooses or Raccoon dogs may be possible. That's all I have so far so the plot is up for discussion!

I second this RP xP I will hold off on naming my characters off until I know some of what other individuals are using, since I have a large list of primarily foxes and dogs, but some less than common species as well ^^

Oh boy, I have a plethora of chars I could use. My rat's still unnamed, if I'm gonna use her. My naming also varies but leans towards general American/European human names.

xD I know what you mean--my biggest list of characters were Pokémon, I've found myself editing a lot of them and making dog/fox/other critter versions of them xD

It's kind of neat but challenging at times, trying to match personality/strengths/weaknesses with proper species.

We probably need some simple rules and a plotline to start us off. :3 A plotline would help people place their characters into the story rather than just have someone who's bored or wandering. Characters will have a purpose and a reason to exist in the RP world.

Well, I kinda had bad times with feral RPs... o.o;;

I uhn, tried to RP a wolf one once, and I was kicked out because I wasn't "Literate enough" XP

And If I'm any animal, I'm an Egret, Eagle or Sea-bird (albatross, seagull, the works.)

Oh, don't listen to those wolf RPers! D: At least the majority of them.

I've ran into such RPs before and by "literate" they expect to see posts such as Connie's - overly explicit and with words like orbs, auds, craniums, and tassels, making you guess what the hell they're talking about.

And birds are lovely :3 If I had to pick a bird, it'd be a kestrel or peregrine or osprey or a number of other things. I'm feeling rather weasely for this one, though.

Not literate enough, wtf? In any case, I love Feral RPing way the hell more than I like RPing anthros/morphs. I wouldn't let one crappy experience keep you from RPing something that's fun

But yeah, there are a lot of lol wolf RPs out there run by emo teenage girls who have nothing better to do than to shove their A cup tits in your face and behave like some kind of pre-historic ape. It's kind of pathetic, I used to be involved with a few but everyone just left because the owners were such twats.

Literally, they considered the "strength" of your character(s) in the way you RPed, so if you RPed with a lot of detail and badassness, you'd win. Well, except if you fought one of the owner's characters, you could post 5 pages of detailed, novel worthy combat, she'd come back with two sentences and say she won.

....Hey, I've written some pretty damn epic battles for NaNoWriMo. D: and I mean it, E-P-I-C.... even my fellow novel writers applauded..

That's actually exactly what happened xD I was one of the only male players there and some of my friends got in a fight over that exact thing you said and left. Then I got in a fight with someone who called be a sexist fuck (and apparently when I said that she had nothing to back up that claim, I was being mean) so that started some shit.

Eventually like half of the board left including the owners so someone else came into charge, a friend of mine. However I lost interest and the revival effort wasn't all that fast, so I left...
