Power of the Meat Remix:

This song is just beautiful, well layered and catchy, and has been on my repeat for a while now. It's a very good representation of the ingame music, pulling you in for the ride. But anyways, onto the main article!
Super Meat Boy has become a relative indie phenomenon, scoring higher review scores than most of the main-stream releases of the year. While insanely difficult it drags you back for more and more, like a starved masochist. Pick it up and odds are you'll catch yourself saying "One more try... ok, just one more... this is the last one... no seriously, this time I'll get it." The soundtrack is very well done, and doesn't get old even after hours of throwing yourself to the wolves (or in this case, saw blades, saws, lasers, and other fun hazards).
In case you're wondering, no, I'm not being paid to say all this, though I will admit I may be a bit biased. I know Edmund, one of the creators of the game, and he's an awesome guy with a mind only for his fans, rather than for his wallet. He's made several sacrifices during the development of Super Meat Boy in order to make sure everything was as the fans would want. As such, I think he deserves every little bit of income he can get! =D
