Oh boy, I've never been quite as angry as I was today, I actually almost laid a girl out on the floor of my Geology lab today with a broken nose and busted teeth. Seriously, the 1st Amendment is a great thing, but it is also flawed. It protects extremely stupid, nosy ass individuals such as the girl I mentioned previously. Here's the story.

In my Geology class, this annoying girl named Diana usually sits next to me. I tolerate her, despite the fact she never does anything for herself and always copies my answers. Well, this has been going on for weeks. In the lab today, I am paired with her and a guy named Chris so we can identify rocks together for our lab grade today. I'm doing about 95% of the work, Chris is doing 5%, and Diana is doing what she does best--copying our answers.

Well, we had a few wrong answers on our lab sheet and the professor, as she passed through, noticed them and pointed them out. Diana suddenly outbursts, "See!? See! I told you that wasn't right! I knew it was (insert other rock name here)!"

Chris and I both looked at each other, then at the professor, then to Diana. I was pretty irritated with her at this point and wasn't about to let her steal even more credit for nothing, so I laughed at her and said, "The only thing you've said since we've got to class today was "what's the answer to that one?"."

Of course, dumb ass Diana denied it because this was in front of the professor. The denial, and my lack of patience with her, turned into a brief argument that was interrupted by someone else who wasn't even in our group. This short freshman girl, who I was talking with before we got intro groups (and had a delightful conversation with her btw), suddenly blurted out, "WOULD YOU SHUT THE FUCK UP?!"

I laughed again, because clearly she was talking to Diana, because anyone who was bold enough to jump into this argument clearly had a handle on the FACTS and knew that Diana was just trying to discredit Chris and I while doing none of the work and taking all of the credit she could. Based on that, I said, "Ha, you see Diana? She agrees with me too..."

Then the short chick scowled at me and said, "NO! I WAS TALKING TO YOU!"

Well, this was a curious change in the landscape for me. I'm the guilty party because dumb bitch is trying to take credit for my work and then DISCREDIT me when some of the answers are discovered to be wrong? Oh hell no!

I replied, "Oh really? So I'm at fault because Diana is trying to take credit for MY answers?"

She had the balls to say, "No! You're at fault because you're being a rude mother fucking bastard to her! You're a sexist pig!"

This was all right in front of the professor, who proceeded to say not much of anything. At that point, something snapped in me. I came only seconds from thrusting my knuckles into this dumb bitch's face, surely busting her nose and breaking a few teeth. There would have been a great deal of blood, she would have fell to the ground, I would have been kicked out of school and probably jailed for awhile too, who knows? Some how, I didn't though, I just turned away from her and somehow finished the lab, but I tell you what, I've been pretty miffed about it all fucking day.

I don't understand how some people can think of themselves in such a white light when they stick their noses into a situation that DOES NOT involve them, know about 5% of the argument, and some how feel they have the right (and brains) to make extremely offensive comments to the non-guilty party.

What I wouldn't give to be allowed a single strike on anyone who butts into something in such a manner, omg, the world would be a much better place and no one would say stupid shit anymore, unless they were masochists...

Alright, while I don't condone violence, either, I understand fully well the frustration of having your credit taken from you by parties who are not due what they are trying to claim.

I *also* know how irritating and frustrating it can be when people automatically assume that since you're not being 100% nice and sugary to girls, you're automatically a sexist...or racist, if you say anything negative about any non-whites... I definitely am not fond of violence either, and I've been greatly detached from it for awhile, but my god, nothing (to me) screams, "Hit me good, and hit me hard!" like what that short chick did to me today >_>

But in any case, your reply is appreciated, it is kind of frustrating that the thing that is keeping me so busy (college) is also be a less than awesome experience.

Seriously, my Dean is as corrupt as a hardcore capitalist politician, the administrative faculty don't know what the hell they're doing (and getting paid nicely), just, bah, I am sick of the whole institution of UW.

......because I, unfortunatly, am not so patient and resistant to plowing someone down.... be them male OR female... nor am I afraid of being hit as most would expect....

...If I was the teacher.. I probably would check the whole report from your group to confirm if your answers were all completely the same...

I got a policy not to hit girls in any situation unless they possess a serious threat like they've got like a knife or something. But I see where Darfix is coming from since I work with girls a lot that are like that and butt in to others business and insult them. And unlike Darfix though I have to deal with several at once. Naw man, if you want to get these girls back Darfix you got to talk back and make them look stupid and socially incompetent. Diss them hard, remember college costs money and you don't want to waste it by being kicked out.

As for cheating my professors really disliked anyone who copied anything even for friends and would give a warning and tell them to do it over. Give the cheating girl the wrong answers and take credit for the ones you come up with so she'll be the odd one out. At least that's what we did in college when someone was lazy.

Well, normally I have a "i don't hit girls" policy, but there's the fact that -not- doing so in some cases is sexist in of itself. The way I view it is simple:

I don't care WHO you are or WHAT you are. Male, Female, Hermaphrodite, Black, White, Christian, Jew, whatever; if your ass needs to be beaten, then it needs to be beaten. That scrawny chick needs to learn that woman's equality also means you should be able to knock her the fuck out just like you would a guy.

I freaking dare you to do that Kepora, and see how long it takes for her boyfriend, father, or close guy friends in general to come after you next. Not to mention no girl is going to want to have any kind of relationship if she thinks you're going to attack her, it makes the attacker look like a complete pansy in front of the other guys around and causes them to lose respect for you. Just do what you want and see what happens first hand, experience is the best teacher after all.

It was sexist beliefs that got us into this "women are the fairer sex" bullshit. Women are just as capable as men; it has been proven time and time again. It's only fair, then, that they accept the brunt of everything else. If it had been a guy copying off Darfix's and his partner's work, then the other girl would've never said anything, but it was a girl doing the copying, and so this other girl felt the self-righteous need to speak up. This is a clear double-standard; women cannot be equal if they set bubbles around themselves to protect themselves from any form of criticism, regardless of what they do wrong.

That kind of BS only promotes the sexist crap that's gotten us into this debate in the first place.

When did I ever say anyone was inferior. And I never said that they need protection from boyfriends and such, just when a girl mentions to her man or dad that some dude punched her out in class what do you think he'll do? My guess is that he'll seek revenge on his own from being angry. And I never even mentioned domestic abuse cause this case doesn't have anything to do with that particular violence and in the majority of cases the male is the aggressor of them. No a man shouldn't just take abuse from a woman in a domestic situation but I almost guarantee if he starts getting physical she'll call the cops. Work it out or file a restraining order after you restrain her from attacking you at the time. Also, Doyle, you seem to lack the knowledge that I don't give a damn about what people in the area I grew up in think of me; I hate virtually 80-90% of them already-namely the ones I was forced to be in contact with over half my life via schooling. When you live in such an ass-backwards area with virtually no girls you'd ever give a damn about or the other way around, striking one of them when they deserve it is far from out of the question.

Let's just put it this way: a -LOT- of the people here-black and white, male and female-need a good pop or two.
